CREDIT/PAYMENT TYPES What types of payment do you accept? JIT accepts the following types of payment: American Express MasterCard Visa JIT Packaging Account (net 30) subject to credit approval. Net 30 Billing Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders? First time on-line customers are required to pay via credit card. Once approved, all orders may be made via the Net 30 option - simply select Net 30 under the payment method portion of checkout. Credit Accounts How do I set up my JIT Packaging Account? Simply select JIT Credit as your payment method and you will be guided through the automated JIT Credit signup process. Back to top ORDERING Distributor Pricing Do you have distributor pricing? Yes! JIT offers special special discounts for distributors. Easy order allows you add items to your shopping cart by simply entering in the JIT Packaging model numbers from your catalog. Click "Go" and the product will be added to our shopping cart in the minimum order quantity amount. Telephone Orders Customer service representatives are available 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Call us at 1-800-JIT-9121. Minimum Order Do you have a minimum order? There is a $50 minimum dollar amount for orders. Simply call our customer service specialists at 1-800-JIT-9121 between 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Cancelling Orders All orders must be cancelled in writing on your company letterhead. If the order has been pulled for shipment, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee. PO Numbers Can I include a purchase order number on my order? Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field. Requesting an Invoice Can I get an invoice when I order online? There is a menu option for invoices in your Profile section. Requesting a Sample How do I request a sample? JIT offers free samples for the majority of our stock products. Simply call our customer service specialists at 1-800-JIT-9121 between 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Special Offers Do you have any special offers? Tax Exempt Status How do I get a Tax Exempt Form? You may request a tax exempt form by calling 1-800-JIT-9121. JIT Packaging must have this form on-file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases. Back to top PRIVACY AND SECURITY Privacy What is JIT Packaging's privacy policy? The following information is available for most of our items: Dimensions Material Color Strength Minimum order quantity Order in multiples of bundle, bale, case or individual quantities Inventory status Unit of measure Product Photos Are the photos exactly the same as the product listed? The photos shown are representative of the product listed, sizes and colors may vary slightly. Back to top QUOTES Obtaining a Quote How do I obtain a quote? JIT offers special quotes for large orders and special items. Please call 1-800-JIT-9121 for a quote or to set up an appointment. Back to top RETURNS Returning Merchandise How do I return merchandise? Call 1-800-JIT-9121 to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from JIT Packaging cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted. Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges. Customer service representatives are available 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Finding Products How do I find a product? You can find products by: Browse: Shop by product categories, i.e. corrugated boxes, stretch film, etc. Search: Type in a product name, model number or other description Easy Order: Type in the model number from the catalog and the product will be added to your cart in the minimum order quantity. Ordering from Search Results How do I order from my search results? Simply enter the quantity and click GO to add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Continue shopping or go to checkout to finish your order. Back to top SHIPPING AREA Local Freight Shipping Area In order for your order to qualify for Local Freight delivery, your delivery address must be within the JIT Local Freight Delivery Area. Back to top SHIPPING/DELIVERY Drop Shipments Can I have an order drop-shipped to one of my customers? Yes, you can have orders drop shipped. Please call 1-800-JIT-9121 to make arrangements. Order Tracking How do I track my order? To track your recent orders simply click on the Order Status link. Rush Shipments/Special Instructions Please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or Local Freight 1-2 Days. We will promptly take care of your needs. Shipping Policy What is your shipping policy? JIT Packaging ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. o Your order is shipped from the nearest JIT Packaging location the same day, if the order is placed by 4pm that day. o UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you. UPS Shipping How do I know if my order will ship UPS? UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
